MT is from Westchester, New York but currently lives in Burlington, Vermont. She is an empathetic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about child care and organizing teams for success. Growing up in New York, both of her parents worked full time so she had live-in caregivers for most of her adolescence. These caregivers shaped her into the hard-working and caring person that she is today and she is looking forward to being that person for your family. She was heavily involved in a dance studio for several years where she assisted classes for children with disabilities ranging from ADHD to wheelchair users. This experience taught her patience and communication skills which are essential for caring for any child. She has a unique educational background at the University of Vermont that allowed her to hone critical thinking and leadership skills as the President of the Women in Business club. After college she became an intern and then worked her way through the company from intern to Chief Financial Officer/Head of Operations. Here, she experienced an extreme growth period with the company, from 5 employees to 30 employees and managing over 3 million dollars in gross revenue. She was the point for conflict resolution and process improvement within the teams while managing the chart of accounts, payroll, employee benefit programs, and budgeting. Candidate MT has a driver’s license and a clean driving record. She is fully vaccinated and has the ability to travel domestically and internationally. She is passionate about the outdoors, often spending her free time hiking and camping in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.
