Her experience in the music industry assisting musicians fine-tuned her ability to anticipate the needs of others, put out fires, and prioritize the needs of her principal with five-star service. She graciously manages fast-paced environments and is recognized for her detail-oriented, reliability, loyalty and exceptional work ethic. Her past two employers have promoted her within the first three months of employment due to her efficiently handling of time-sensitive tasks, emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and continued success. KP relocated from New York to Delray Beach in early 2021 and has been an Executive Assistant for a Luxury Estate & Lifestyle Management company and manages 50 + household staff employees. Her role varies from ‘personal concierge’ requests to Estate Manager duties for each client. She brings along a strong roster of local vendors she forged relationships with to ensure the best possible negotiated contracts and service to her client’s homes. She has managed private travel, luxury car transportation, wardrobe management, estate renovations, weekly reports, and created customized house manuals.
