CH holds seven years of experience working with children and individuals with special needs. He has always surrounded himself with children and enjoyed fostering strong relationships with kids and adults to help them achieve their goals. He holds classroom experience and offers children structure, guidance, motivation, support, and friendship. He works closely with his students’ parents and believes in open communication. He assures parents are in the loop with their children’s progress at school and how they can transition the techniques and therapies he uses inside the classroom into their home. The close relationship CH has held with his students and their parents is why he is eager and excited to transition from inside the classroom setting to a private home. He comes from glowing recommendations from the Principal from The Pinnacle School, his colleagues, and his student’s parents all highly recommend him.
CH believes that working in this specific sector of care has added tremendous value to his professional aspirations and personal life. He believes that being in this field has also fostered his ability to empathize with others, always think critically, and be solutions-driven when obstacles arise. Knowing that no two days are ever alike; he has utilized his ability to assess situations and make necessary adjustments that put his students in the best position to be successful. He has experience with different styles of learning and communication such as (iPad programs and RPM) and has worked with children who are non-verbal.
He connected with Pavillion to apply his experience and skillsets from inside the classroom into a private home setting. He is eager to make a long-term commitment to a family in need of his services and offers full flexibility with his schedule. He can provide overnight coverage when needed, assist with in-home Therapy, and provide structure to a child in need. He drives, swims, and is COVID-19 vaccinated.
