Applicant E has been described as “a very special individual” by her former employers. She has cared for toddler to teenage children in her professional career and with infants in her personal life. She has a wonderful innate ability when it comes to bonding with children in her care, ensuring that they feel treasured and safe at all times. There is nothing she can’t do! Applicant E can oversee all aspects of a child’s routine, i.e., planning and preparing healthy meals, safely transporting them to and from activities, etc., organizing age-appropriate and creative games, and helping with virtual learning and homework. She also assisted with the needs of the parents, i.e., preparing meals for a party of ten and running errands. Her references stressed that Applicant E has excellent knowledge of early childhood developmental stages and milestones. She is reliable, flexible, and trustworthy with fantastic communication skills. Applicant E is also proactive and happy to pitch-in wherever she is needed, even if it means lugging a 15-pound Christmas tree. Her energy is limitless. She, too, understands privacy and confidentiality. Her former employers could not recommend her more highly, adding “this is an individual you can trust to make the right decision in an emergency.” We most recently placed Applicant E at a position in Arizona but as a Connecticut local, she is seeking to find a position back on the East Coast and can live in or out and would be available to start upon giving notice to her current employer, though there has already been unofficial discussion of her departure.
