She is an educated and creative nanny with over four years of experience caring for children. She believes that being a nanny requires her to not only care for and love children, but to assist in their development on an emotional, cognitive and physical level as well. She has supported multiple families, caring for children from newborn to sixteen-years of age, including a set of twins. She is CPR, First-Aid, and AED certified and has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University. She plans to utilize the knowledge of human behavior, creative diversity, and professional communication that she gained from her degree to help her better assist with children’s development and entertainment. Her objective is to make a positive impact in the lives of the children she cares for. She holds an authoritative philosophy by nature, but still allows the children to uncover and discover the world around them on their own. She believes children must have a consistent understanding of the rules and expectations, but must also be allowed to be inquisitive. When your children are in her care you can find them enjoying trips to local museums and library, playing dress up, putting on talent shows, creating arts and crafts, outdoor play, singing, dancing, playing sports, puzzles and assisting in the kitchen with kid friendly baking and cooking.
