Part time or Temporary Gourmet Cook – she is a culinary force to be reckoned with and not to be underestimated. Coming from generations of restaurateur, she has been cooking her entire life and have been working for our three prominent clientele on a part-time and temporary basis. While not degreed she does have culinary training from ICE, Brooklyn Kitchen and The Wilton (baking, pastry and cake decoration). Her cuisine can best be described as “health-conscious home cooking” and a proponent of farm to table meals – using only the very best and freshest ingredients possible (organic and locally grown). She has extensive experience preparing high-quality daily meals and is quick to learn and adapt to her client’s specific likes/dislikes and favorites. But more than providing delightful daily meals, she ensures that mealtime is still pleasant, enjoyable, interesting and memorable. She is great with menu planning and knowledgeable in most dietary plans, excellent with cooking delicious and well-presented family meals, and able to cook and serve a small formal party (up to 8 people) or cater a banquet with ease.
