This graduate of the renowned Ecole Grégoire Ferrandi culinary school in France is looking to apply his 15 years of hotel, restaurant, and travel experience to private households on a full-time, year-round basis. He takes pride in his ability to create healthy meals with beautiful colors and deep flavors. He offers a variety of cuisines in various styles whether a simple bistro lunch, a casual family-style meal or a platted, coursed experience for special events and occasions. He has worked extensively with Potel et Chabot (a Paris institution known for exemplary events and service) to create memorable events with fine food, thoughtful wine pairings, five-star service, and exquisite event design. After years of living, working, and training in Europe this Chef now calls New York City home. While working as a Private Chef on a freelance basis, he is seeking to dedicate himself to one family for many years to come.
