A large corporate office in Midtown Manhattan needs to hire a full time Executive Kitchen Catering Assistant. The successful candidate will properly maintain the many conference rooms, do the set ups and breakdowns of board meetings, and stock the food items, dishware, silverware, etc. Additional responsibilities involve placing food orders in a timely manner – to be coordinated with delivery companies – printing out daily menus when necessary, monitoring the different dietary preferences and restrictions of the executives and guests, and maintaining proper care of the kitchen for daily use – such as making coffee, stocking the refrigerator, and emptying the dishwasher. The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, be articulate and able to communicate efficiently with the executives, other office staff and visitors.
