Placement Specialist

Jessica holds a degree in Elementary Education, a NY State Teaching Certification and has extensive experience working in private homes. She was first introduced to Pavillion when she was seeking employment through the agency. Shortly after being interviewed she began her career as a New York City Nanny.

While working as a nanny she found it to be her passion to help assist families find quality care for their children. She has gained extensive knowledge and insight during her experience as a nanny and brings a genuine passion and inside perspective with working inside a home.

She joined Pavillion as a Placement Specialist in 2017. She enjoys fostering a relationship with her candidates, allowing them to feel at ease and trust that she is looking out for their best interest. Excelling in interpersonal skills she connects with each candidate and enjoys learning about their background in all areas of life. She exudes a warm genuine energy and finds much joy helping Pavillion clients in finding find quality staffing for their home.

When she is not working she enjoys exploring farmer’s markets, hiking, spicy foods, spending time with her family and collecting quotes. Her favorite “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap.
