Tina Gelashvili
Director Of Development
Tina was born and raised in Tbilisi, the capital of the former soviet republic, Georgia .As a teenager she witnessed the collapse of the Soviet Union, which enabled her to study abroad . She perfected her English and German in the Uk and North Germany.
She earned a Masters Degree in Linguistics , immigrated to the United States in the winter of 1998 when she was 21 years old, and has lived in NYC since. She has worked as a nanny for several hi-profile families in Manhattan and started working in Household Staffing in 2004, specializing in the placement of nannies & housekeepers.
Her experience as a nanny allows her to bring a special perspective to her work as a placement specialist and enables her to see all the challenges “from both sides”. No wonder she is an avid advocate for both families and candidates – always striving to make the “perfect match”.
She had the privilege of joining Pavillion Agency in August 2008 and has truly found a home!
