Ira Weissman has enjoyed a 24 year career in Executive Search. He began his career placing senior executives in Banking and Investment Banking. After several years he was offered the opportunity to transfer his expertise to the field of Personal Service and jumped at the chance. A graduate of the Birch Wathen School and New York University, Ira is a thirty year resident of the Upper East Side. He brings a unique appreciation and understanding of the dynamics of New York City’s neighborhoods and social interactions to his professional life. As Vice President of Pavillion Agency, Ira specializes in the placement of Nannies, Professional Couples, Personal Assistants/Social Secretaries and Professional Housekeepers. One of Ira’s singular strengths is his ability to consult with families on their staffing needs and, through an active dialogue, reach creative and practical solutions to those needs.
