A family, in Greenwich, Connecticut, needs to hire an additional, highly experienced, Personal/Executive Assistant to primarily work in the home and take occasional trips to the office. This person will be working with the family’s other Personal Assistant as well as with the Principal. Responsibilities include: managing various aspects of the logistics of business and personal calendaring (multiple time zones) & event planning, extensive experience planning, processing and reporting, coordinating transportation arrangements, planning and managing personal and philanthropic appointments, taking meeting minutes as requested, coordinating with multiple vendors and service providers to ensure all is working correctly, helping to shop for family gifts (events, birthdays, and friends) and updating and maintaining business and personal contact database and managing multiple expense accounts and credit cards. The ideal candidate will have experience with philanthropic work. Must work harmoniously with other staff who will provide support with a multitude of tasks. Schedule is Monday-Friday requiring flexibility and compensation is between $125-$135k per year plus a bonus and benefits.
