Seeking an experienced Residential Facilities Manager for a large Westchester estate. The FM will be responsible for the structures, mechanics, equipment and operating system for the main property, secondary buildings and recreational areas. They will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing maintenance staff, vendors, and property projects. Preventative maintenance management including cross-training and succession planning is paramount. Extensive knowledge and experience working with generators, irrigation, HVAC, security and A/V systems required. Engineering background preferred. As a department head, this role requires strong leadership and communication skills along with a 24/7 mentality and total reliability.
