A couple, in South Carolina, needs to hire an experienced, hands-on Chef/HM to maintain their residence. The Chef/HM will perform their duties between an ocean-front residence in Charleston and a secondary residence located just one-hour away by car. In addition to two Principals who work demanding schedules, the household includes a well-behaved family dog. Responsibilities include: menu planning, provisioning and daily meal execution for primarily 2 adults (cuisine: healthy, local and quality-driven), table setting, serving and clearing for dinner only (prep a simple breakfast and a grab-and-go lunch), planning dinner parties as needed; wine knowledge a plus!, loving pet-care/pet-sitting. The ability to say overnight as-needed is a must, maintaining household inventories and supplies, household errands, scheduling and supervising vendors and deep cleaning, household organization and laundry for 2 adults.
