Responsibilities include: the management of both local and remote properties, the management of property calendars, including guest and owner visits, maintenance and repairs, etc., assist with and/or personally conduct weekly home walk-throughs to ensure the homes are well maintained and in top condition, manage the arrival and departure of family and guests, assist with vehicle oversight, including maintenance schedules, logistics, registration and insurance, oversee network of third-party vendors – set clear expectations and build strong relationships with individual vendors and the vendor community, effectively negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to meet service expectations and ensure appropriate expense management, provide specialized concierge services as needed for the family and maintain databases relating to all properties.
