A CEO in downtown Manhattan needs to hire a Personal Assistant/Child Care Expert to assist his executive team and make sure everything is running smoothly. This person should be extremely organized and proactive. This person will also function to back-up childcare when the family’s other nannies are sick or on vacation. The ideal candidate will be outgoing communicator capable of delivering best-in-class service, while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. At least 2 years’ experience working successfully in a personal assistant or customer-facing role with prior experience in teaching or childcare with a genuine love for children is required. The assistant will be highly involved in helping the CEO optimize his personal calendar, including assisting with making arrangements with the family’s childcare and school commitments. Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance is a must and minimum 2-year commitment are strongly preferred. Schedule is 8:30am-6:30pm with the ability to work later as needed.
