A family in Purchase, NY needs to hire resourceful and detail oriented individual with significant experience in providing hands-on assistance to high-net-worth individuals. Duties include: vendor management, personal shopping, event coordination, handling art installations, calendar management, travel and party planning, pet care, driving and more. Must be able to assist with the management of the New York City apartment and travel to Florida twice during the winter to act as a liaison between the family and local vendors when entertaining. The ideal candidate must be a “Jack of all trades” who can easily wear many hats. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must to facilitate a genial and professional working environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30-6 with a flexibility to work on weekends if needed. Highly competitive salary and benefits offered.  Immediate start
