A Texas entrepreneur, currently residing in TriBeCa, needs to hire an Executive/Personal Assistant to wear many hats and help keep his demanding personal and business responsibilities focused and on track. All candidates must speak perfect English and be fully capable of accurate business-level oral and written communications. In addition to a wide variety of corporate responsibilities, the role requires coordinating the principal’s household budget, household invoices, (providing general domestic financial oversight) and maintaining the family calendars/schedules in coordination with the nanny, who is also Mom’s assistant. The Assistant will be needed for many hands-on tasks including:  driving the principal to the airport, accompanying him to business functions, attending high-level meetings, taking accurate notes, and keeping scrupulous track of business and personal contacts. The successful candidate will have the ability to speak on behalf of the employer, as well as facilitating communication among support staff. In addition to high level office experience the principal is also seeking someone who knows how to compose a beautiful hand-written note. Computer familiarity is also necessary.
