A busy Family office needs to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. He or she will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs for the CEO of a growing technology company. This includes: extensive calendar management, complex travel arrangements, significant internal and external communications, and project-based event coordination. Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.) are a must, non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of supporting a C-level Executive, as well as significant experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Additional qualifications include excellent oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain discretion at all times.
