A busy family office in Midtown needs to hire an experienced Personal Assistant. This position requires a great deal of flexibility – responsibilities include meeting and greeting, answering phones and taking detailed messages, booking cars and making travel arrangements, keeping detailed itineraries, internet research, errands, personal shopping and more. All candidates must have experience in a corporate environment and have superior presentation and communications skills. Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel are a must. Must be happy to work as part of small team that is truly dedicated to the family. Hours are 8:30 – 6:00 M- F. Excellent compensation and benefits.
