A repeat Pavillion client is seeking a Seasonal Chef for July and August. Responsibilities include: menu planning, provisioning, and lunch and dinner execution for two adults, two college-aged children, and family guests (the Chef will generally be cooking for 4 – 8 people). The Chef is not responsible for staff meals. The family does not have any dietary restrictions. They enjoy Peruvian, Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines though welcome creativity. The Chef will be expected to utilize seasonal ingredients to prepare healthful, delicious meals. The family eats in 3 courses though other staff is available for both service and clean-up assistance. The position is live-out in Greenwich though staff housing is provided in Sagaponack. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday though reasonable flexibility is both appreciated and expected.
