Responsibilities include: cleaning high-traffic areas, maintaining the kitchen, light laundry, inventory management, household organization, and overall household maintenance. The household currently employs a housekeeper during the week and a cleaning crew for deep cleans. The part-time individual will be responsible for maintenance and tidying of the home. The schedule can be on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, totaling around 16 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, allowing for either two full days or half-days. A fast-paced CEO is seeking an equally fast-paced, top-notch Executive Assistant.  The EA will support the day-to-day functions for all professional and personal matters.  They will play an important role in helping the CEO smoothly transition between a busy calendar of conference calls, meetings, travel, events, engagements, and personal appointments.  Keeping the CEO on task and on-time requires a high degree of focus, anticipation, precision, and communication.  Key responsibilities include: complex calendar management, end-to-end travel coordination, electronic file maintenance, event management, and general gatekeeping.  The EA will have a 24/7 mentality, a high emotional intelligence, and strong writing and technology skills (Google Suite, Dropbox, Excel, etc.).  While the schedule is typically Monday-Friday, this role requires extreme flexibility as the CEO often works and travels between different time zones.  The EA may work remotely or on-site.  Occasional travel required.   Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience with excellent references.  Experience supporting executives in the financial services industry strongly preferred.  Compensation: $175K – $225K plus benefits, DOE.

Seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large New York City residence. The Property Manager will ensure the smooth operation of systems, services, and staff and act as the main point of contact for all related needs.  They will be responsible for understanding and clearly communicating the family’s preferences, goals, and expectations to staff and other team members.  A high level of organization is required to perform all duties.  The Property Manager (PM) will create and update maintenance schedules, household manuals, protocols, and policies.  They will perform HR functions, manage household calendars, coordinate vendors, negotiate and review contracts, track expenses, manage detailed inventories (e.g. wine, art, and collectibles), and oversee special projects.

The PM will coordinate with other managers, Family Office personnel, Accountants, and a variety of third party service providers.  Fostering, promoting, and contributing to an atmosphere of mutual respect, team-spirit, positivity, and drive to achieve is a must.  The schedule is generally Monday – Friday with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as requested.  Qualified candidates will have strong computer/tech, follow-up, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.  Seeking family and pet-friendly candidates with a minimum of 7-10 years of similar experience as a Property Manager or Estate Manager.  Compensation: $150K – $175K plus excellent benefits, DOE.  Please send your resume, salary expectations, and little about yourself for consideration today!
