This is a Cook/Butler/House Manager role with a client who resides in the city and has a place out in the Hamptons. The schedule is Thursday-Monday where the Chef would be traveling back and forth between residences as required. The summer season is busier where the winter season is lighter. Ideally, the person would prepare/cook/serve lunch and dinner for the business woman, her family, and any invited guests. The Chef typically cooks and serves for 4-6 people with some days less and some days more. On evenings with bigger or more formal dinners, additional assistance (i.e. servers) would be on staff to assist. This dynamic role also includes some light household management responsibilities such as overseeing vendors and staff and arranging household repairs as needed.
