A family, with homes in Manhattan, Greenwich, CT and the Hamptons, needs to hire a highly experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager. House Manager Responsibilities include: overseeing the family’s properties, managing various vendors for property upkeep/ maintenance, on site supervision of the properties as needed, and project management. Personal Assistant responsibilities include: arranging domestic and international travel for the family, organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, scheduling personal appointments and special events planning, such as dinners, birthday parties, etc. and ad-hoc personal requests.
